Substitution Policy

Dear customers, in some cases, our photo may represent a general theme or apparition and include a unique vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not exactly match the photo, its temperament will. Sometimes, subrogation of flowers happens due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. In case that one of our products is not available, we would like to assure you that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items – flowers of equal value or higher value. If any design elements or a special flower, for some reason are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability. In case one of our products is not available, the staff of millionflowers.ca undertakes to contact you within 1 working day from the date of the order informing the Customer about the deadline within which the product can be delivered.
