Floral Order Delivery Times:
Floral deliveries generally occur during normal business hours, from 10 AM to 7 PM. While we aim to fulfill specific time requests, these are not guaranteed unless confirmed verbally and may require an additional fee for special delivery. AM and PM delivery requests are possible with verbal confirmation but cannot be promised without extra charges for specific time frames.
Incorrect Delivery Address:
If an incorrect delivery address is provided, it may incur an additional delivery charge.
Same-Day Delivery:
Same-day delivery is typically available Tuesday through Sunday on orders received before 12:00 PM in the recipientโs time zone (excluding holidays). Orders received after this time may be delivered the next day. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed on Sundays or during holidays like Valentineโs Day or Motherโs Day. Ensure your order information is accurate to avoid delays.
When the Recipient Is Not Home:
If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the arrangement with a neighbor, manager, or at the door (if the area is secure), and a note will be left to inform the recipient of the arrangement’s acceptance. Alternatively, we may leave a note requesting the recipient contact the florist to arrange re-delivery. If the recipient is often at work, we recommend sending the arrangement to their workplace. Delivery may also be delayed if the address or contact information is incorrect.
Cancellation Policy:
We begin processing orders immediately after receiving them. Cancellations can be difficult, especially due to time zone differences, but they must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Any cancellation requests beyond this time frame may not be honored and could incur a fee.
Return/Substitution Policy:
As we work primarily with fresh products, the condition of the arrangement can be affected by variables. Cut flowers generally remain beautiful for about five days. If there are issues with the arrangement, please report them within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace the arrangement and arrange for the pickup of the unsatisfactory product. If you remain dissatisfied, we will issue a refund. Flowers must be returned in their original container.
Currency:
All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
